  • Prepare and send out new hire packages
  • Make sure all information is filled correctly and all employee files are up to date (I-9 forms, W-4, offer letters, insurance information, warnings signed, approvals for raises, etc.)
  • COBRA for terminated employees according to the FMLA act
  • Company policy and procedure manual detailing conduct, policies, benefits, procedures, etc.
  • Record time off balances and track vacation accruals. Vacation time is earned and should be recorded monthly as a liability
